The Sanwa MG5000 is a high voltage digital insulation tester capable of measuring voltages within the range of 600 Volts under IEC 61010-1 CAT IV and CAT III ratings.
The MG5000 is an all-digital insulation tester that can measure the resistance of a power line and power equipment within the range of 600V under CAT. IV. It can measure a maximum resistance of up to 1TΩ with an accuracy of ±5%+3.
The MG5000 has a 1200 counts digital display with a backlight feature and has a 36-point bar graph that displays the insulation resistance. This device has 5 voltage ranges for insulation resistance measurements, the ranges are automatically adjusted on this device. The MG5000 also has an ‘Auto Hold’ function that automatically holds or pauses the measured value on the screen.
The instrument is IP54 rated and has a safe design compliant with the IEC61010-1 standards.
The meter comes with 3 test leads, instruction manual and a hard-shell carry case.
